• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
• 1 teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate

obviously i can change this receipe to fat free cream cheese which is usually what i make dips with anyway - but what artificial sweetner is equivilant to confectioners sugar?

I bet vanilla or greek yogurt would taste great in place of the cream cheese too, fat-free is much lower on calories and fat. It'll still make it smooth and creamy. If you want some sweetness in the dip, add honey instead of a ton of sugar.

    I have another one:
8oz whipped topping (Cool whip type)
    15oz canned pumpkin
1 pkg of vanilla pudding (powder only)
    Mix well. Enjoy.

I have used this for frosting as well. It's a little soft but very tasty. Calories/fat/sugar will depend on sugar free/fat free products used.

both of these dips look delicious! i made pumpkin butter the other day and was thinking about adding it to my plain greek yogurt to eat with fruit. now i can't wait!

    Powdered Sugar Substitute #2
For a sugar free powdered sugar substitution, take 1 part granulated sugar, 2 parts dry powdered milk and 2 parts cornstarch in a blender; blend until the mixture is finely grounded. The dry milk powder adds bulk to the substitute, which makes it act more like regular powdered sugar, hence this substitute can be used best as a mix in a recipe rather than a topping in desserts.

You go Mandee! lol  I used to babysit this girl everyone! lol

I like it with apples, pretzels (sweet & salty), and graham crackers.

There is a sweetener called Ideal. I just saw yesterday that they have a confectioner's sugar!

    Here's the site: http://idealsweet.com/
