1 month until my WEDDING!

This year I sucessfully lost 40 pounds! I unfortunatly got stuck at my current weight for quite a while, but seriously I need to lose a good 5ish pounds to be at a good weight for the wedding (Im already too late for my ideal due to the plateau...but its okay!)

I am now working hard to tone my arms for the wedding and to slim down 5lbs, any suggestions? Food or Excercise!

I do a fun T25 every other day and do small weights in the morning and in the evening, eat a bunch of veggies for lunch + 2 eggs and usually fruit for breakfast or a protein shake. I work standing/walking so that also helps.

    Just stick to a deficit to lost 1lb a week and you should lose 1lb a week.

    I just got married at the beginning of may. My suggestion would just be to not stress about the 5 lbs, really how much differnce is that going to make? I was super busy the few weeks before and after the wedding so try not to drive yourself crazy and enjoy the best day of your life :)
