Fantastic Four Days

Hi All,

Just wanted to say what a fantastic place this is. After 30 years of "abusing" my body i've plucked up the courage to do something about it. Ive stopped smoking, kicked booze into touch and now i'm embarking on an insane challenge to run the London Marathon in April 2015 in under four hours :)

Just wanted to say thanks to myfitnesspal for making it so easy for me to track what I do and stay motivated :)
