supplements for weight loss and muscle gain

i started out at 250 pounds about a year ago. I had gotten down to 192, but am back at 218 and feeling miserable about it. in the last week I've been hitting the gym hard, at least an hour per day, weight training, running 1 mile and seated elliptical for 15 mins. i work a desk job which is different than my previous very active job.

I've started taking cellucor c4 pre workout because i was so sluggish during my workouts. now i feel like i could go on forever i love it. also hoping this will help with weight loss. i started drinking optimum nutrition protein shakes, have that around 10 am with almond milk.

in the morning i try to eat 3 eggs and then 1/3 c egg whites. then the rest of the day i spend snacking. its horrible. i cruise around 2200-2400 calories. working out seems to make me much hungrier. I'm worried i won't lost weight like this. any snacking tips in terms of what to eat? more protein? less? i need to stay full longer. also any supplement suggestions? i also take apple cider vinegar 3x a day. thanks!
