Does anyone here do parkour? (Essentially street running)
I did a session last night and thought it was so fun. A really good strength workout too!
Would be interesting to hear if anyone else does it

I don't do it, but I grew up in gymnastics, and when I joined the "Gymnasties" club in college it was mostly made up of guys who were into parkour and similar gymnastics related acrobatics.
I will say, it is INTENSE. It takes incredible amounts of strength, stamina, balance, precision, speed, EVERYTHING.
Personally, gravity isn't my thing, I was never able to get my no-hands tricks very solid. And I definitely don't have the right kind of upper body strength required. I've never in my life been able to do a pushup!
All that said, I'm a total fan and love watching it, I'm always in awe.
