Hi There. Just thought I would do a quick introduction! My name is Lauren and I'm trying yet again to lose weight. I have done just about everything to lose, and usually end up falling off the proverbial wagon. In my experience counting calories and being accountable in general is the best way to lose weight. I have done this before and had success. The problem I have is I never seem to make it last. So here I am again. Any and all advice is appreciated!
