Does standing too long do this?

I know a lot of people on here are telling you what your employer is doing is illegal by not giving you a break but before you run off and get a lawyer, some states do not have laws regarding breaks. The state I live is one of them. Look up the law and be informed. http://www.dol.gov/whd/flsa/faq.htm0

My tummy is always flatter in the morning than at night, regardless of food or water or standing.
I think it's fairly standard.
This happens to everyone. I wouldn't over think it.
If it's really an issue, you need to address your posture. I sit all day at work, and have a support that reminds me to sit up straight. I would assume you are standing all day with your back arched and your hips rotated. There are a variety of items you could try to help while you're standing up ... check out amazon. Maybe try different shoes. Try the suggested yoga poses when you're not at work.
Put protein powder in your water or bring a smoothie in a cup if you seriously cannot figure out a way to eat anything all day, which I doubt. You'll have more energy to focus on standing up straight.0 -

OP: I think I have this figured out; it is your spine. A lack of one provides for the 'pooch' and it further allows you to sound whiny and unable to stand up for a basic right. Your dad is awesome by the way, he is attempting to teach you how to fish. Of course he could go in and take care of the issue, but your 21, so grow up, walk in and tell the employer the issue. Simple. Heck, you may even be able to stand up straighter the next day.
i should totally listen to your advice and follow your example of being a jerk
And no, my dad isn't "teaching" me anything other than to put up with it. Which is what I'm doing.
And whine, and be passive aggressive, and whine, and. . . .oh yes, this is exactly what you want I get it. You do not want advice you just want pity. Not from me, I'm out, best of luck on whatever fitness or health goal you may have; here is a :flowerforyou: I'd suggest taking it to work but you can't eat it because "Were always too busy" got it.0 -
