Hey! My name's Mia! I've been using the FitnessPal app for about 2 weeks now but I've never posted here...anyway any petite women here? I'm 20 years old, 4'11 and currently 128 pounds, 28 waist with a goal for 115-100 pounds and a 24 inch waist. I have severe asthma that keeps me from doing any strenuous cardio but I enjoy biking and yoga. I'm really struggling with this. I'm trying more strength training to see if that will be more effective as well as 1000 calories a day. So...if anyone with similar goals wants to talk with me, that'd be great. :)
