....or ask for documented scientific proof of something that is just common sense.0

There are times when all of my energy goes into not asking this question. I think that sometimes people just want to be argumentative, and the topic is somewhat irrelevant as long as they are able to start drama and get into it with whoever will listen. Smh.0

Well... maybe a little more leeway on these sorts of requests is warranted, given how often "common sense" in the realm of diet and exercise turns out to be nonsensical. Remember all those years when pretty much all the "authorities" proclaimed the end of heart disease with the high-carb, low-fat diet or that "all you need is aerobics" or all you ever have to do is "cardio in the fat burning zone"?
Though there is a lot to be said for using the handy little search box before you ever post a question on the forums. An awful lot...
EDITED for grammatical nonsense.0 -
I don't get it either. People are lame. That's my best guess.0

My favourite is when they reword the question hoping to elicit the answer they were looking for.0

Well, we have one tonight, thread after thread, and not really listening to the advice (any advice), they just become a troll to me and I eventually ignore them.0
-
Are there so many people who ask for advice and then get upset when people give said advice? Seriously, don't get into a tizzy if the answer isn't the one you want. Put on your big boy pants already...
because you are suppose to reinforce my bad habits and not tell me I am wrong. Geez what do you think would happen, I would want to hear its my fault I am not losing weight, or excising enough?0 -

Or big girl panties.
I think because they aren't serious enough about making the changes they whine over.0 -

I agree that the term " adult undergarments" would not have been as effective. :laugh:0 -

Some op's are their own worst enemies. Its almost sad how they are.0

...because they only ask the question to confirm what they think they are doing is right, and not the actual truth...
....because they want atttention.
...because they want the easy solution and don't like to hear that they have to work for it.
...because society is breeding a generation of blamers - it's everyone else's fault.
...because they want a hug not reality.
...because they want to believe in fairies and magic.0 -
That's strange, I'm always told to take my pants off.0

That's what I always tell you. Really, who wouldn't?0 -
Once again - I have to blame skinny jeans. I don't think it is possible to fit big boy underwear under those.0
