I'm under my calories by 200, but I went over fat by about 30grams and sugar by 22. Is this really bad?

if you're not diabetic, going over on sugar once in a while shouldn't be a problem.

As long as it's not a massive amount or a daily occurrence, it shouldn't be that big of a deal :) I did it today as well.

If you're over in sugar due to fruit, I wouldn't worry about it.

Over by 30g of fat seems high.

I agree with Chelsea. Once in a while is not a big deal. If this is a daily occurrence I'd reevaluate what you're eating.

Without seeing your diary or knowing what type of foods caused you to go over, I'm reluctant to give advice.
