And I wish you will welcome me here :) This is my first time ever trying to do something with my lifestyle. And joining such a community/website.
I don't have a problem with exercising, but I am very unhappy about myself and body, and want to change the way I eat and act every time, every day ;)

I'm 18 years old, and being a student isn't easy on my food life. I don't have much more motivation making real food, or keeping track of myself, being busy with school and studying, and having a tight economy :P

So I wish everyone here and myself good luck :) Can't wait to get advice and maybe even good recipes or tips and hints from all of you :D

    Welcome to the club.
    One thing that worked out for me when starting out is slowly adjusting your eating habits. It makes it more simple to stick with the change. If you need support feel free to add me.
    If you have local farmer markets near you might be a good option for cheap food
