Butt Bible question

Hi! I've recently started doing Pauline Nordine's "Butt Bible", but I'm also in the middle of the "30 Day Shred". My question is regarding the "Butt Bible" plan. On the calendar, it has you do the upper body workout twice a week, and the lower body workout twice a week. If I'm doing the shred 3-5 times a week (with the lower portion of the "Butt Bible" immediately following), do I still need to do the upper portion of the workout, in order to see those fabulous results? :wink:
