I was on this site back in 2011 :) It has been a while :) I recently started cross fit and they require i journal my food so I got back into things here :) From when I started in 2011 I am down 201 lbs :) I was down like 215 but I put some back on in the last 6 months which is why I joined crossfit :) I still have about another 100 lbs to loose till I reach my goal :) Nice to meet everyone! :)
