Fitness Blender Workout Videos...how to make a plan?

Just found out about Fitness Blender, and I love the variety of videos they offer. Has anyone used them and made a weekly work out plan with them? Interested in hearing how people use these videos!

I love Fitness Blender. They have a great variety of videos, I would say try a few and find what you like to do. I just do what I am in the mood for that day. I know they suggest to do three days a week of strength and two-three days of cardio. I personally prefer to do total body workouts and do the hardest I feel up to that day (usually level 5 or 4) to maximize my workouts. My favorites are the HIIT workouts and Kettlebell workouts. You really can't go wrong!0
