And so it begins...Been at this fitness thing for almost three years. Lost 56 pounds from initial 163 lbs. first year after having 3rd child, gained 20 pounds (some of which I hope was muscle gain) in the second year, hiatus from gym and clean and healthy eating in the third year. Now back at it again, but this time going to do it right and for the long term. What doesn't get tracked, doesn't get measured! See ya'll on the FIT side...
