so basically my left arm looks larger and more tone then my right but my right arm can lift more weight for a longer duration what's up with this what should I do to fix this right now when I lift I stop when my left arm gets tired and don't continue any additional reps with my right should I keep working out my right arm and allow it to get stronger than my left so it will grow in size or should I keep working out my left and go easy on my right until my left catches up in strength

What I do when I notice that happening is switch exercises to dumbbells instead of barbells, so each side has to do equal work. Also, do reps with your weaker arm/side first, then do the stronger side for the same reps. These things together tend to do the trick for me.0
