Advice please - fasting and exercise?

I've decided I'd like to try the insanity workout (intense 2 month workout 6 days a week). However I don't know how I'd go about it what with ramadan coming up so soon. I will be closing my fast at around 2am and eating again at 9/10 pm. When would be best for me to do the workout? Just after eating?

    I'm no expert but I'd assume you just have to see what works for you. I wouldn't want to do Insanity right after a big meal because it's a lot of jumping around. I think if it were me I'd try to do it right before I started eating again. If you find that you don't have enough energy you might just have to keep the exercise less intense during Ramadan.
