High cardio load weekly plus eating at a cal deficit. Try not to go over your carb limit and you should see results in the direction you're looking for if you can stay driven.

I would guess a baby probably stretched your core out, may want to do some exercises for that as well. I know I feel leg lifts in that part of my stomach.

Lay on your back with hands under your bum. Bend your legs then straighten and tap heels on floor!! Repeat....
  • If you have one of those big exercise balls... Get in plank position (body is completely flat, parallel to the floor), hands on the floor and shins balancing on top of the ball. Slowly (so you can completely control the motion), bring your knees to your chest. The ball will roll and when you stop, you should be balancing on the ball with the tops of your feet. Hands don't move. Slowly extend your legs so that you're back in the starting position. That's one rep. :-)

I love this because it involves so many different things, and I can really feel it in that lower belly area. Do as many reps as you can, but don't forget to breathe (I catch myself sometimes holding my breath)!

    Hope this helps!
  • im my proper weight, and yet i have a belly that makes me look 3 months pregnant. im getting sick and tired of ppl asking me all the time " r u pregnant ? " and its really embarrassing. i do a lot of walking, which is hard for me as i have severe scoliosis and it takes a toll on my back and lungs. i barely eat, and i cant afford to do anything like weight loss supplements or liposuction, as im on a fixed disability income. is there anything i can do to help reduce my belly flab? its really embarrassing and im getting tired of the pregnancy comments when im on birth control. i had a baby over a couple years ago but the belly hasnt changed. im lucky i went down from 188.8 Lbs, to 135 but this belly is so annoying!!

You can't spot reduce any body part with exercise. Fat loss happens with calorie deficit. Exercise is for fitness and health.
