I know a healthy diet is protein, fruits, and veggies but I just am not that fond of meat. I like carbs which is a big part of my problem. What are some ways I can increase my protein intake for someone that is not a meat lover? I eat meat, just don't enjoy a lot of it.

Low fat cottage cheese, broccoli, greek yoghurt, seeds, soya. Some protein powder - like hemp or any other.0

Cottage cheese, tuna. I love carbs too, and always had a hard time with protein. I found eating those 2 things regularly have really helped me meet my protein goals.0

If you're not consuming enough protein, you can always buy some whey protein (or other protein, egg , soy etc) and mix that with other foods like oatmeal to up your protein.
If not, try some simple things like greek yogurt, cheese (careful on cheese though, I think it contains a lot of calories) and soy beans.0
