500 Calories each Day

I think I'm going to try to lose 500 calories each day. That will be my first goal. 2'500 calories or 3'500 calories each week. Challenge starts Next Week!
Anyone want to do this challenge with me? =D

Hey guys I wouldn't mind some motivation here! I'm finally trying to make a change and I wouldn't mind some words of encouragement or words of advice!
What workouts do you think I should Do? I was thinking about doing Yoga (Fat burning and Stretching) and Cardio (HITT no equipment, Fitness Blender workouts, etc..). Should I join Volley ball or Tennis next year?
Trying to do anything that will help me lose weight and feel good. Definitely doing Weight Lifting though.
What do you guys think?

Is this exercise created 500 calorie deficit in addition to the 500 calorie per day deficit MFP creates when you program it for a one pound per week loss rate?

Well, everyone's body is different. From doing the workouts I laid out you may burn more than 500 Cals or more. It's just workouts that will probably help you burn 500 calories, that's all.

Do you understand how MFP works? Are you aware that any time you build your plan, the deficit required is included and that the deficit MFP provides does not require exercise to reach?

You do realize that doing yoga, tennis, weight lifting, or any exercise for that matter burns calories...not fat. Fat is burned by eating at a deficit. You can do all the exercises in the world & if you eat a surplus you will gain fat.
