I should add that except for the water parks and July 4, I totally avoid theme parks in the summer. They may have more fruit and healthy food around in the summer. I don't know. It's too hot, too crowded and rains a lot, so I skip all the parks from mid-June to mid-October. I hibernate. ;)

    Have fun! :)

We ate our dinners from a sandwich shop in the Disney District rather than in Disneyland, though we bought fruit inside the park (in Fantasyland). Everyone but me had breakfast sandwiches (also from The Earl of Sandwich).

Our hotel had limited vegetarian options on site, and we didn't have a car, so the Disney District and Carrows were our best "eating out" options.

Disney World or Land? In Florida they have the best, try the Epcot France, or China or Japan. :)
