Just noticed after my walk today that my calorie counter says I earned an extra 195 cal. for today. Do I have to eat them? Save them for later in the week? Will I slow down my wt. loss if I dont eat more on the day I exercise? Seems like I should have my 1680 cal. per day and if I want more I can have it.....

Nope you don't have to eat them... and you won't slow your weight loss... you need a 3500 calorie deficit to lose 1 lbs, which means eating 3500 calories less (which MFP already sets you up according to your goals) or exercising 500 calories more a day... So you can chose to eat them or not.0

Just make sure that you are getting a minimum of 1200 calories a day after your work out. You don't want to put your body into starvation mode.0
