Not losing inches and weight

Caloric Deficit+Cardio+Weights== No weight loss && no inches loss
What am I doing wrong?
Almost 6 months now...one thing is for sure...I got stronger. I'm 150 pounds 5'5 female.
Healthy foods and lots of protein... What is happening ?
And my period didn't come...

    What did your doc say about the missed periods?

    What's your daily food goal? And your weekly weight loss goal? Do you have and use a food scale? Can you make your diary public? Typically if you're not losing weight, you're not eating at a caloric deficit. Unless you have some sort of medical condition..
