Counted calories but gained weight.

I was looking on this site and seen you could look at my feed and give me tips on the areas I am failing in.

    Do you weigh your food? Do you know what your TDEE is?

    Also please state your daily calorie goal, weekly weight loss setting (.5 lb? 1 lb? 2 lb?), and preferably current weight but you could also say how much you want to lose instead :smile:
