Im totally new to calorie counting, ive been on millions of diets and to a million clubs but none of them have been about calorie counting for me.
What I wanted to ask was if i went over my limit one day can i reduce it the next day or visa versa. i have worked out my whole week and some days im up and some days im down but there is only 10 calories difference over the whole week. is this ok?
i hope this makes sense to everyone xx

Yep that's absolutely fine! Quite a few folk choose to track weekly rather than daily.

It's all about balance! Many people track weekly as opposed to daily - it's more of a long term "big picture" feeling - which is what weight loss is really about. A few more/less calories a day won't mean much. But on a weekly scale and beyond it means a lot!

If you eat more than you'd like one day, you can certainly eat less the next day. But if you binge eat, don't starve yourself for a week afterwards. Everyone has bad days, it's best to just carry on normally. Good luck!
