Macro Challenge/90 Day Lean Muscle Challenge?

Hi Everyone!

I am looking for buddies to keep me accountable and share recipes with to hit macro settings for MFP.

I'm 5'8" and currently 219 pounds. I've lost 49 pounds since January 2014, where I have changed my approach to eating and given up the "bad stuff" like cokes and sugared drinks for good while exercising moderation on all other sweets and breads. I'm very happy with how far I've come but really learned along the way to not pay attention to the scale and more about how you feel and how your body composition is the end game you should be looking for - regardless of what the scale says.

I want to hit a "fit" status for the first time in my life. I'm 32 years old and at 27% body fat. I'm looking for buddies interested in lowering body fat and gaining lean muscle mass and how they tweak their diets with their exercise routines to get there.

I'm totally new to this so I know I'm going to make mistakes. I'd love some partners in crime who are new or experienced and willing to share advice. I'd like to friend on MFP and I also am on tumblr since I find good posts there as well about this approach. (breejah.tumblr.com)
