I'm a new guy. Trying to lose 70 lbs. Finds that eating healthy costs more money than I can afford to spend because of my extremely low income.:noway:

    Welcome. I am in the same boat with the finances. What I have found is I just use portion control to stay under my calories. So far so good. Feel free to add if you want.
