I recently had a physical and my weight is not where I should be, but my cholesterol was as follows : over all cholesterol is 221 my triglyceride is 41. HDL Cholesterol 100, non-HDL is 121, LDL cholesterol, calc is 113, what does this all mean. I thought that over 200 was high, but the individual numbers seem to be in line with the range. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Your total cholesterol is a little high. that might be o.k. because your good cholesterol (HD) is high.
Are you sure that you typed in the triglycerides number correctly?0
