Hi all!
I have been looking for a protein supplement as im having a few medical issues that are keeping my goals in the drains. So far i cant find a protein powder that is higher in fat and protein but soy, gluten, and dairy free xD i do not want or need zero calorie anything so i figured the best way would be to make up my own shakes from fresh ingredients. Only problem is i need to avoid insoluable fiber, so juicing comes in as an option but what can i juice with protein? XD any ideas or experience with making awesomesauce at home?
