Back from vacation and ready to rock it! Starting T25 Gamma on Monday, and going to do the strength hybrid, which combines some of Alpha & Beta in, too. Can't wait! Aiming to run at least 3x a week, too - 2 miles two of the days, and a longer run on the third day. Taking tomorrow to recooperate, get groceries, and plan it out!
Anyone needing a RESET and wanna give it a FRESH START on Monday with me?! ^_^ No need to be doing the same program, just looking for more motivation and accountability!
