Light tomato flat out bread 3/4 piece.
Top with 1 T mayo , 1 T Sabra hummus, 1/8th cup crumbled feta.
One small slice meatloaf, 3oz.
Microwave until feta starts to melt.
Add shredded lettuce and sliced red onion.
Roll like a burrito.
Eat with fork and knife.
Yum.
