Boot Camp Suggestions?

Hey all - want to kick my butt into high gear over the winter and am considering one of those "vacation" boot camp type things. Anyone ever done this? Suggestions? Advice? Thanks much in advance!

i am also wanting to go to boot camp - i got as far as the parking lot and chickened out. i am going to try again tomorrow and arrive early so i won't walk into a crowd. everyone says it is great fun and really works.... i have friends who go and have lost 25-50 lbs in a season
