Short girl on the Paleo Lifestyle working nights

Kinda new here. I'm 4'11 and lost about 9 lbs in one month on the paleo diet/lifestyle. Want to be back at 110, which is a healthy weight for my height. Eating this way has been incredibly easy for me. Giving up dairy was a cinch. I never really was a sugar person so that was not an issue either. Eating on a low carb diet, I had to give up my Subway sandwiches, that was a bit disappointing, but l'll live..lol. I was hoping to lose at least 4 lbs a week, but realized how difficult it would be. So I told myself to calm the heck down and be patient. I could exercise more, but hard to find the willpower.. I hate exercising. So I do 20min of EA Sports set on hard on my Wii 7 days a week, walk briskly wherever I go, take stairs, park faraway from entrances and take two brisk 10 min walks at work during breaks. FYI: My calorie intake is actually more than I inputted; since I work nights, I started bringing healthy snacks to eat during my 8hrs instead of a full meal. If anyone has suggestions about eating habits while working the night shift, being short, eating paleo please let me know. Would love to add some friends I can relate with. Good luck with all your dieting endeavours.

Hi! Working nights and losing weight can be a challenge, my only suggestion is to log everything you eat, any extra snacks meals, etc log it. Anything I eat during my night shift is logged under breakfast...makes it easier for me to track as my new day/daily food entry is starting with my overnight shift.

That's a great idea about adding night shift extras to breakfast. It's going to look like I gorged at breakfast, or if I put it in snacks might look like a light meal. Either way, I should add all food intake so I don't under-eat or over-eat. Thanks.
