Tell somebody.
When you tell somebody else what you are going to do, you are far more likely to actually do it. If you keep it to yourself, no one has to know when you don't take action. Use accountability as a tool to get things done. (MFP being one of them)

If your friends and family are anything like mine, they will let you know when you are not doing what you said you were going to do. :-)

    That's a lot more calories than the 14 you would consume doing something else.....

    He'll be home from the fields soon. Probably gonna have to eat that too :grumble:
  • often times, when I'm feeling lazy, I log my exercise ahead of time. That way when my MFP's comment and say "good Job" "nice burn" , I feel guilty if I don't complete it :tongue:
