Does anyone know any one dish meals that are easy and low calorie. I have children to and I am looking for something easy and yummy...BUT HEALTHY TOO :) THX SO MUCH

  • My go-to one dish meal that I make at least once a week: Brown rice, black beans (or whatever beans I have on hand), taco seasoning, cheese. We either just eat it like that, or eat with tortillas. Depending on what I have on hand, I may also add diced tomatoes, canned corn, bell peppers, salsa, onions, anything mexican.... my kids love it!
