Advice Needed for recovery

Hi Everyone,
So I have been dealing with an eating disorder for a long time and I do have a dietician but she is awful and her job. I currently need to gain about 5-6 pounds in order to go away to college at the end of August. I feel a lot of pressure to do this and I honestly just want to be allowed to go away. So please any ideas on how much I should eat? I am 5'1.5" I do little to no exercise and currently weight between 89-90 pounds. I am not looking for comments on my weight but more on mealplan ideas or how many calories I should be taking in. I could really use the advice.
Thanks!

Since you're in recovery, you need at least 2000-2500 calories range to gain some weight
Add healthy calorie dense foods bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, milk, yoghurt, nuts, dried fruit, eggs, fish, chicken, peanut butter, avocado, bananas, oatmeal, nuts, bananas, coconut, pineapple, mango, cheese, red meat
Drink your calories if you struggle (protein drinks, ensure drinks)
add me if you need some support and we can try and come up with a meal plan together, i struggle with eating myself so totally understand how you feel, goodluck and well done on your recovery0 -

Just requested you as a friend. It would help so much if you could figure out some type of plan for me. I really appreciate you reaching out to help me!0 -
Peanut Butter , almonds , avocado , bananas , protein shakes made with ice and milk in the blender . Adding PB to protein shakes really helps with the cals too . Those all helped me get my cals up in recovery .
& don't be afraid to get some of your cals from chocolate and things like that .0 -
How many calories are you currently eating a day? I agree that you need to eat at a surplus, but refeeding can be tricky if not done properly. Congratulations on your recovery and keep at it!0

I'm in recovery as well. I honestly eat anywhere from 2000-3500 cals a day depending on how easy the day is. I do a lot of exercise tho. And I have been in recovery since march and Ihad only gained 8-9 pounds in the 4 months eating that much, and I still have 7 pounds to go!0
