Why are some days easy and some days you want to eat anythin

I dont understand. I have been on a healthier lifestyle for 4 years .I exercise daily. I am still struggling. Some days I eat healthy and have no problem doing it. Other days no matter how hard I try to avoid bad choices there is a voice in my head that wont shut up until I eat whatever the temptation is. Even though I know I shouldnt and know I will regret it. I try to do something to take my mind off it, eat something healthy, nothing matters hungry or not I eventually go and eat it.
I just don't understand!!!!!

    Right there with you on this.. Not sure what causes it, but you are not alone.. I just posted a question today about will power (or lack there of, in my case).. there were some good suggestions posted on how to avoid caving in. Maybe you'll find an answer there that will work for you.. Good luck!

    I know just what you mean. some days are so easy and other days I am hungry all day, I usually do pretty good about not giving in. I too would like to know why?

    Because nothing worth having is easy, right? If it weren't work, we wouldn't appreciate it so much. Then we wouldn't feel so good about ourselves on the day we do awesomely. :D
