Round 1 I lost 6lbs in 6 days, then I fell off the wagon...back on now tho!0

my first week was 2.5-3 lbs. But, I started working out more frequently and counting calories which I hadn't done before0

I gained 1.5 lbs! Wasn't happy, but I have a tendency to not eat enough, hence my body stores everything I eat. It is now liking getting fed on a regular basis so loosing about 1 lb a week.0
