I'm fairly new to the site. I've been actively tracking for a month now, and have managed to drop 7 lbs already... Yay! ... I'm 26 and live in a VERY small town in SE Kentucky. I'm very, very busy between working 2 jobs and doing my duties as a middle school cheer coach.
I was always very active, until a few years ago.. and then the weight appeared... Now it's time for it to come back off! I've got a good idea of what I want to look like again, because well it wasn't THAT long ago that I was at a good weight. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, and I'm loving it... I forgot how much I loved to sweat and be active...
