Exercise with PMS before TOM?

Dear Ladies,
Quick concern with the monthly PMS and workouts.
I have been consistent with my workouts but 10 days prior to the TOM I feel so bad.
Its PMS with loads of bloating, indigestion, swollen legs, sore breasts and my body feels so heavily uncomfortable.
At times I just cry in a corner to let go of the pain.:ohwell:
This time I tried and could pull my workout only 4 days (of the 10days) but remaining 6 days I couldn't help but take off.
I cannot workout during that time(bad cramps...that's +4 days) and so its around 6+4 days off every month.
Just don't know how to work through this.
But the days with PMS are worse, its hell.
Does anyone have similar problems?Any advice?Because I feel so terrible to workout with sore breasts, swollen legs and heavy body.
Would be grateful for any advices/suggestions/help.

Yeah, I gave up working out before and for the first few days during my TOM. I find that it makes my symptoms worse.
I recommend talking to your gynecologist about things you can do to make this time more pleasant. Mine prescribed a BC pill regimen that allows me to get my period only once in 3 months. Therefore, my workout schedule overall isn't too compromised. There may be other options that can help as well.0
