Can anyone tell me how many calories water walking burns in a hour. I can seem to get it to come up on my exercise thingy?

    Land walking: 135 calories / Deep water walking: 264 calories

    Jogging on land: 240 calories / Deep water jogging: 340 calories

    Well, it helps me to know how many calories I burned tonight. I usually do laps but tonight I went with friends to water walk. I couldn't find water walking on the chart. I hope now I may burn more each time I do it.
