    You look so healthy!! People say 'you look so beautiful" but i don't like to say that. Because there are many things that make a person beautiful besides their weight. Now you look healthy, fit, and happy. Like you're going to live a long and beautiful life with your family and that is something to be proud of and thankful for!! I don't know you...but i'm very happy for you! :)

    Actually, yes there is, LOL! Last time I shared the secrets of my success on here, MFP put me in MFP jail and threatened to take my account away. I'm not kidding! They said it's against the rules to promote a product. ...Well, I am a product of the product! I've lost over 100 pounds, my "fat pants" are a billboard for the product! I love MFP and I do not want my account to be deactivated; however, CLEARLY the program I use works! ...I'm just trying to think of a creative way to tell you about it because I'm not even allowed to say "inbox me for details" per MFP policy. I can tell you this though" lots of hard work, determination, and a wonderful group who kept me going! Keep striving because you can get there too! no surgery, no medication, no starving.

    and OMG, I love cake.

    portion control mostly. I do take TurboKick, Insanity, and a PiYo classes at my local YMCA though, which are all made by beachbody.
    Now if that gets my account revoked, I'm gonna be so sad!
