60 day Womend Piyo Challenge

Ladies! I made a group for women on here and on Facebook - This is a group for women doing Piyo and interested in Piyo. Piyo is Chalene Johnson's New program, a blend of cardio, yoga and Pilates that will torch calories with only your own body weight, it is low impact and the workouts are no longer than 45 minutes.

It is a great place for women to share their journey with the ups and downs as well as nsv's and recipes they use as well as any other workouts they include with Piyo!
