Low Carb Fudge - 2.5 carbs........

Serves - 8
Carbs - 2.5
Ingredients
* 1 packet unflavored gelatin
* 1/4 cup water (twice/seperate)
* 1 square unsweetened chocolate
* 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
* 1/2 cup Splenda
* 1/4 cup water
* 1/2 cup light cream
* 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
1. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes
2. Melt chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener; add milk and water slowly
3. Add gelatin
4. Stir until dissolved
5. Remove from burner/heat
6. Add vanilla, cool
7. When mixture begins to thicken, turn into cold pan
8. When firm cut into pieces
