We had a nice hot summer day so naturally I got into a sweaty mess by walking the kids to the park, where we climbed, went on the monkey bars, I underducked them on the swings, and did lunges and push-ups while they played.

So how did you get your sweaty mess, today?

    I mowed the lawn.... Yeah for a shower afterwards:)

    Picked the garden - peppers, eggplant, green beans and squash. Did a little extra work (weeding and pruning) in the garden while I was at it. I was so sweaty and dirty at the end I had to take another shower.

    8.5 on hills?!?! I would die. I'm such a prairie girl, I cant handle any incline. Lol
