Attitude is EVERYTHING!
Here's why:
How many times have we told ourselves, "I've always been a big girl, I could never be skinny." " I've never been an athlete, I am just not an athletic person." "I can't run a mile, I'm just not a runner." "I can't count my calories, it's too much to keep up with." "I don't have the time for exercising, I have a crazy schedule." " I just can't exercise 5 days per week for an hour, it's just not realistic." I have personally said almost each one of these things. And guess what?????? I've proven each and every single one WRONG! Did I wake up and become an athlete? skinny? a runner? No, I made a decision to change one single thing for the rest of my life....My attitude!!!
When I stopped defeating myself before I began and I actually committed (yes, committed) to changing my life, I was able to transform my mind and eventually my body into something I didn't think could exist. The quickest way to fail at this journey is to believe you can not succeed. The quickest way to succeed is to believe you can do anything. When you change this attitude, you will change your life.
Your ATTITUDE is your foundation for every single decision you make. Get the right one and you will never be the same. No diet pills, no magic shakes, no fad diets, no whacky formula will get you the results you want for a lifetime. But your attitude will.
