I am new to this, and I have been managing to stay under my calorie goal every day, but I have gone over the sugar limit each time. A lot of this is due to soda, which I have not yet cut out completely, but the sugar in the fruit I eat alone is putting me above the limit. How worrisome is this? Is sugar from fruit as problematic as sugar from processed food?
