GAIN newbie

Hello!

I guess I am a minority on this website being that I plan to GAIN weight :)

I have always been skinny (5' 11'' @150lb) and recently decided to start eating more and focus on intense compound exercises to gain 30-40 pounds in 49 weeks depending on how much fat I gain. myfitnesspal has been so helpful in helping me track my calories when I am not hungry, Its amazing to have a log of all of the things I have eaten

My ideal weight is around 175-180 pounds of lean muscle.

I hope I can share and inspire some as I continue my journey and learn a bunch from you guys!

    Better late than never right. I'm in the same category and am looking to find like minded friends on MFP. I've been using the BodyMedia sensor integrated with MFP to track the calories I'm burning.
