Well, hello.
My name is Emma and I've been on and off mfp for about a year. I just am so ready to get healthy.
Here's a little about me.
I'm 19 (I know most would think I'm too young). But I've struggled with my weight all my life.
I weigh roughly 250lbs. At 5'5". I would love to lose around 100lbs.
I'm trying to find what works for me. Trying to wrap my head around the fact I don't need to starve myself.
Mfp recommends 1360 cals unless I'm working which I put lightly active it says 1690cals.
Pretty much I would love any advice you could give me to help on my journey and could always use friends.
I can be super supportive and friendly :)

    Morning from the UK. Age doesn't matter you are doing the right thing now. Try to break down your total weight to lose in 7lbs targets it will make it more easier to cope with, take before and after photos just fir yourself so you can get a TRUE picture of the progress you have made that will keep you motiveted.
