In my lower 20s, 10 down, 40 to go! Help! (..Travelers?)

Hey! looking for some help getting motivated. I have never been "thin" but recently gained a hefty amount of weight through my last couple years of college.

I've lost a few pounds recently as my summer job is very active, but it also is a traveling job (meaning lots of going out to eat). Struggled with weight for so long and wanting to look good!

Complications other than traveling include vegetarian (protein?! HELP!) and not finding salads very fulfilling!

Looking for friends to motivate me and keep me going! Thanks!

    Couple things you might want to try or add to your lifestyle is quinoa, spilt peas, lentils and wheat germ. Which they all provide a good source of protein. I like eating cooked quinoa but chilled for a salad later.
